A Natwest cashpoint is available on the Piazza - level 2

Catering
There are two food facilities within Hall 1 - The Restaurant & The Food Market.
Within the link between Halls 1 & 2 there is a further drink/snack unit.
There are further catering facilities within the NEC.

Child Policy
All children must be accompanied and supervised by responsible adults.
Where parents are not personally attending the event with their children, parent must be satisfied that their children will be accompanied and adequately supervised by responsible adults acting on their behalf at all times
A Parental/carer consent form must be signed to allow children to participate in The Academy Experience.
Parents/carers should write their mobile phone number on wristlets available for children when entering the event.
Lost children should be reported immediately to the nearest security guard.

Cloakrooms
Items can be left at the cloakrooms by the show entrance (Hall 1) and show exit (Hall 2)
Items are charged at £1 per item.

Directions
Grass Roots Football LIVE is held in Halls 1 & 2 at the NEC, Birmingham.
Birmingham International train station is located at the NEC and 10 minutes indoor walk away from show

Disabled parking & access
For vehicles dispalying orange badges parking at the NEC is free of charge
Limited spaces are available near the main entrance.
Further parking is available in the main car parks serviced by free shuttle buses.

Familys & groups
Pre-arrange a meeting point and exchange mobile phone numbers in case you are split up.
Agree on a time and place to meet up at the end of your visit.
Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Lost children should be reported to a security guard immediately.

First Aid
For First Aid please contact a member of the security team or event organisers.
The Medical Centre is located on Piazza – Level 2.
Requests for ambulances must go via the security team to ensure quickest access to venue

Information
Please go the Information Point near the main entrance.

Lost Property
Lost property is handled by the NEC Security Office located between Halls 1 & 2.
This office can be contacted on 0121 767 3883.

Parking
Car parking is available for £5. Car parks are serviced by free shuttle buses
Parking can be pre-booked on booking your ticket
Shuttle buses run to and from the NEC Piazza immediately ouside Hall 1.

Participation in activities
Please note there are no changing facilities at the event so come prepared.
Trainers are suitable footwear for all activities.
All persons participating in activities do so at their own risk.
Please do not take part if you suffer from any significant medical conditions.
Grass Roots Football Ltd, their staff, agents and suppliers can not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage suffered to participants when taking part in activities

Photography/Filming
Official filming/photography will be taking place.
By entering the event members of the public consent to their image being taken by the official filming/photographers.
Visitors to the event are not permitted to film seminars and sessions taking place in the Mars Stadium and Coaches Arena
Anyone taking photos must have a valid reason for doing so and have gained permission from the person/persons being photographed
The event organisers reserve the right to question anyone taking photographs.
If you have any concerns regarding a person filming/taking photos please speak to a event organiser or security guard immediately.

Special Needs
The NEC has been purposefully designed to allow unrestricted access for disabled visitors.
Guide dogs are welcome at the NEC. Animals (excpet guide dogs) are not admitted.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
·Tickets are valid for one day only, as stated on the ticket
· Where applicable, details must be completed to validate ticket
· Tickets must be surrendered at point of entry. Re-admittance will only be permitted with a stamp, available on exit
· Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult

GENERAL
· The NEC, The NEC Arena, The NIA, and The ICC are all part of The NEC Group which is a trading name of The National Exhibition Centre Limited.

Event Tickets
· Random security searches may be conducted. Ticket holders may be refused admission or removed from the premises in reasonable circumstances e.g where a ticket holder refuses to be searched or if we consider a ticket holder’s behaviour may affect other patron’s enjoyment of the event.

· Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket or pass. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder may be refused admission.

· Tickets are for private use and we monitor their sale and resale. If we have reason to believe that tickets are being resold we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the premises.

· With respect to your fellow patrons please use mobile phones with courtesy and adhere to specific announcements reference their use.

· Standard camera policy for the Arenas is that professional cameras, detachable lenses and camcorders are not permitted. However on occasion the promoter/Artist may instigate a full “No Camera Policy” without prior notice.

SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT

· In accordance with legislation from 1st July 2007, it is an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking anywhere within NEC Group venues.

· The following items are not permitted inside the Arenas: cans, glass bottles, flasks, laser pens, weapons and banner poles. In addition, other items may also be confiscated on specific events.

· You may only consume food and drink purchased on the premises.

· Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Guide Dogs.

· Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises.

· Official merchandise is only available inside the premises.

NOTICES

· The Promoter or Organiser is responsible for all aspects of the event. Requests for refunds should always be referred to the Promoter or Organiser.

· We suggest you check event details, timings and car park charges prior to travelling as these may be subject to change.

· Any complaints relating to any aspect of an event should be made to the Duty Manager promptly, prior to or during the event.

· Audiences may be filmed, photographed or recorded for broadcast, security and health and safety purposes.

Car Parking Tickets
(the following conditions apply when you purchase a car parking ticket)

· Car parking ticket to be given up on exit.

· Car parking ticket is only valid on the date displayed on the car parking ticket.

· Cars are parked at your risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused or sustained to, by or in respect of any cars or their contents.

· We reserve the right to search the interior, exterior and contents of your car in reasonable circumstances e.g where we consider that there may be a security risk.

· We reserve the right to move your car in reasonable circumstances e.g. when causing obstruction or posing a security or safety risk.

· Please ensure that your car is locked and valuables are not left inside.
