Steve has been involved in grass roots football for more than 20 years.  He has taken two teams from U8 to U18 and has fulfilled a plethora of roles, including Chairman of Harvesters, a large Charter Standard Community Club.  He has been a Football League Linesman, Level 2 Referee, won the Hertfordshire FA Coach of the Year, and spent three years as manager of Colney Heath U18 midweek team.  His understanding of grass roots football is unrivalled and often features on  national television and radio.
