Curbishley and Coppell Lead the Way at Grass Roots Football LIVE   03 Feb 2010

Grass Roots Football LIVE is delighted to announce another strong line-up of football managerial talent ready to share their knowledge and views with thousands of grass roots managers and coaches.

Leading the way for the 4th year will be our main ambassador, former England Manager, Graham Taylor.  A huge supporter of the grass roots game, Graham always brings strong and controversial views to the show and remains incredibly popular with visitors of all ages.  He is also ambassador for one of the show’s primary sponsors, Precision Training.

But of course, like any top team, we’ve also taken advantage of the transfer window to strengthen our squad.  Joining us for the first time is Iain Dowie, one of the country’s most innovative coaches, and Iain will be joined by two other show debutants, Alan Curbishley and Steve Coppell, both of whom know a thing or two about getting the very best out of players and teams.

Managers often speak of the importance of a settled side, so following some terrific sessions delivered last year, we’re delighted to welcome back two managers who are currently enjoying outstanding seasons in The Championship and League One - Ian Holloway and Aidy Boothroyd

Ian was one of the stars of last year’s event, managing to impart fantastic advice with a magical sense of mischief and humour.  Whilst Aidy turned a two-hour Sunday afternoon engagement into a three-day visit as he made the most of the Grass Roots Football LIVE experience.

And completing the line-up of returnees from 2009, we’re delighted to welcome back one of the country’s most respected coaches, former England Under-21 manager, Peter Taylor.

This fantastic line up is brought to the show courtesy of the League Managers Association who have agreed a brand new partnership with Grass Roots Football LIVE.

And over the coming weeks, we’ll bring further news about who else will be at the 2010 show.
